He is certified in Organizational Development by the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and has an HR Administration Degree from UNAM. He is also certified by the Upstream Academy (Montana, USA) on the implementation of continuous improvement processes called \u201cBlue Print for Excellence\u201d.<\/p>\n

He joined our Firm as Human Resources Supervisor in December 1987 to later serve as Human Resources Director in 1994 and from 2013 until March 31, 2022, he held the position of General Director of Administration. On April 1, 2022, he was appointed Managing Partner of the Firm.<\/p>\n

In his current position, Victor is responsible for promoting growth policies and shaping the future of the Firm.<\/p>\n

He is a member of the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce and of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), institutions in which he has participated actively on different committees representing his Firm.<\/p>\n

V\u00edctor has published several articles on various subjects, such as Retention of Core Personnel, Human Capital Projection, HR Management, Leadership and Accountability, Declaration of Responsibilities, among others. Also, he has been a lecturer speaker at different universities.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
