He joined our Firm in 2002 as Tax Manager and was appointed Director in 2007 and Partner in 2013.<\/p>\n

He has been an active member of the College of Public Accountants of Mexico for more than two decades and member of the Tax Commission of Coparmex. He acts as Taxpayer\u2019s Trustee before the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Social Security Authorities. Most of his accounting and tax experience and his career as tax specialist are a result of his involvement with private companies.<\/p>\n

His capacities include special tax advice, supervision of tax reports and support in Audit and Accounting issues for multinational and local companies, assistance in expatriate tax matters, overpaid tax recovery, consulting in wage and salary management and assistance in the case of authorities overextending requirements.<\/p>\n

He currently leads a team of professionals and specialists that provides our clients with the best tax assessment in all specialties, providing support in the proper execution of their corporate legal obligations and the development of applicable transfer pricing studies.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
