Leticia, an Expert in Foreign Trade and Customs, is certified by the Federal Judiciary Council. Her License Number is P. 018-2019, as published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 28, 2018. She is also a certified Expert Witness in Tariff Classification by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice since 2013 (Certification code: GJA-SA-UP-2455\/13).<\/p>\n

She served as a Customs Representative in the Asociaci\u00f3n de Representantes Legales de Aduanas, A.C. (Customs Legal Representatives Association), as well as in the Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Exportadores, A.C. (Mexican Association of Exporters) from 2016 to 2019.<\/p>\n

Leticia holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Development of Education (MAGDE) from the Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Nacional (ESCA).<\/p>\n

Furthermore, she has more than 20 years’ experience in tariff classification, business development, and specialized consultancy in Foreign Trade and Customs matters. Plus, she is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Customs Law and Foreign Trade Law at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios y Estudios Jur\u00eddicos (Center for University Studies and Legal Studies).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/6″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
