Esmeralda holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from
Universidad de la República Mexicana, as well as a Certification in Team Coaching from SG Talent Consulting.
She has over nine years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and workplace climate. She specializes in strategic leadership, conflict resolution, and strengthening organizational culture.
In 2019, she joined Moore Orozco Medina as Human Capital Supervisor. In 2022, she was appointed Manager, and in 2025, she became Director of the same department.
From July to October 2019, she worked at Grupo Sicoss as Recruitment and Selection Analyst, where she was responsible for defining job profiles and the recruitment and selection process for internal and external personnel, both foreign and local positions. In addition, she coordinated internal communications, event organization, and the implementation of medical, polygraph, and socioeconomic studies. She supervised compliance with response times and vacancy coverage, managed performance indicators, and participated in training and induction processes for the group’s companies.
From August 2018 to January 2019, she worked at 7-Eleven as a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator. She was responsible for defining job profiles and the recruitment and selection process for internal and external personnel, both foreign and local, as well as coordinating internal communication. In addition to managing medical, polygraph, and socioeconomic studies, ensuring compliance with response times and coverage of vacancies.
