Ulises Pérez Ortega, PA

Ulises is a Public Accountant from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He is member of the Mexican Institute of Internal Auditors and in the process of qualifying for Certification as an Internal Auditor by the Internal Institute of Auditors of the United States (IIA)

He joined our Firm in 2004 at the SOX & Risk Consulting Area, position in which he provides our clients consulting services based on SOX and best practices. He also assists in developing controls, policies and procedures. His knowledge and experience in Quality Systems Management (ISO 9000) enable him to assist companies in obtaining such certification, and maintain their quality systems management through internal audits of quality and continuous improvement.

He has been project leader of internal control, financial planning, treasury, human resources in other enterprises, and collaborates with clients in other areas such as sales and implementation of policies and procedures.

His experience and skills are applied in forensic audit, tax and business development, assessment and review of financial statements, financial advice and preparation of financial statements.
